An 8-inch extension is available separately, which is part number LP48003. Order 1 for 46-inch and 2 for 54-inch applications.

Order appropriate mounting kit also required: LP48005 (X300 & X500 series tractors) or LP47977 (X700 tractors), depending on your application.

The thatcher, used on a regular basis, reduces excessive thatch buildup that can be damaging to a lawn’s health. Removing that allows water and nutrients to get deeper in your soil, resulting in a healthier lawn. Since it provides more gentle, less aggressive action than a power rake, it can be used as a preventative maintenance tool each time the lawn is mowed. You can also extend this thatcher’s width by 8″ when you order the LP48003 extension kit.
